1. How to subscribe to the portal?
To subscribe to the portal, you can start with a 3 days trial to test and discover all our portal, after that you can choose to continue your subscription. In that case there is nothing to do, you will be automatically subscribed. Otherwise, if you want to stop the subscription after your 3 days trial it is possible, but you won’t have access anymore to the portal and its content.
2. I forgot my password, what can I do?
After you sign up on the Portal, we send you an email with your initial password. You can always change it on your account page, if not, you may still find the email in your inbox and use it to login. We advise to check your junk or spam folder as well. If not, you can also always use the button ‘Forgot my password’ to renew your password. You can find this button after you click Login and then ‘Forgot your password?’, fill in the email address you signed up with. Then we will send you an email with your new password.
3. On which device can I have access to the portal?
You can have access to the portal on any device (desktop, mobile or tablet). All the contents are accessible, so relax, take your favorite device and start warming up.
4. How long is lasting my subscription?
On our portal the subscription fee is monthly. Which means that you will pay every month to continue to have access to the service.
5. How can I download an application?
You can download the applications we propose on our portal by going on the “Apps” tab of the website. Select the application you want to download and click on it. The application will start downloading on your desktop, mobile or tablet instantly.
6. How can I download an eBook?
On the portal you have access to a lot of content and the eBooks are a part of it. If you want to download an eBook go on the eBook tab of the website, choose the one that is inspiring you, click on it and a page will automatically open on your browser. After that you can read the eBook on the web page or download it and save it on your device.6
7. Which contents are included in my subscription?
Once you subscribe to our portal there is no content restriction. You can have access to all the articles and videos.
8. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard and Cartes Bancaires at the moment.
